Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nexdue. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Nexdue is a subscription and warranty tracking tool. It helps you monitor renewal dates, track recurring costs, and receive email reminders before items expire or renew. Nexdue is a tracking aid - it does not guarantee that you will never miss a renewal. Reminders depend on correct data entry, valid email delivery, and your notification settings.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accounts are personal - one account per individual.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Plans and Billing

• Free plan. Allows tracking up to 5 active subscriptions at no cost. No payment required.
• Prime plan. Provides unlimited subscriptions and advanced features. Billed monthly or annually via DodoPayments.
• Payment processing. Billing for Prime is handled by DodoPayments as Merchant of Record. Their terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
• Cancellation. You may cancel Prime at any time. Access to Prime features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Nexdue does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nexdue for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Upload or transmit harmful, malicious, or offensive content.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access to it.

6. Your Data

You own the subscription and warranty data you enter into Nexdue. By entering that data, you grant Nexdue a limited licence to store and process it solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nexdue name, logo, codebase, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by the operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Nexdue without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexdue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. Nexdue is not liable for missed renewals, financial losses, contract lapses, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to Nexdue in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Nexdue after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
